We always hope that you love your purchase, but totally understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. We offer a returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Personalised products or custom designed products cannot be exchanged/refunded. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your returned item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if your return has been approved. If your request has been approved, then a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Exchanges – items will only be exchanged if they are damaged or faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to info@dyinaboutderry.com.

Any item that has been personalised at your request cannot be refunded or exchanged. Care should be taken when including any personalised text to ensure there are no spelling mistakes as it will be printed exactly as you include it at the time or ordering.

All the prints come unframed. The frames in the photos shown are just for illustration purposes. There are so many different styles and everyone has their own tastes, so this way it means you can choose a frame that you like and that will match your décor. Also, it keeps the cost to the customer as low as possible, because if we were to supply frames, not only would we have to charge for the frame, but the packaging materials would be another increased cost, and finally the cost of postage itself would be much higher.
